Roasted Piquillo Pepper - Walnut pesto
Ingredients
- 6 whole roasted piquillo peppers from a bottle (or use 3 whole roasted and peeled red bell peppers)
- 1/2 cup roasted walnut pieces
- 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- red chili flakes and salt to taste
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method (How to Cook)
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to form a smooth paste.
