Roasted Piquillo Pepper - Walnut pesto


  • 6 whole roasted piquillo peppers from a bottle (or use 3 whole roasted and peeled red bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup roasted walnut pieces
  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • red chili flakes and salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method (How to Cook)

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to form a smooth paste.
